Who We Are:
We are a student-led platform dedicated to exploring the philosophical implications of new innovations in medicine and science through dialogue, writing, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Through this we aim to cultivate thoughtful, ethically grounded future clinicians, researchers, and scholars. Our work includes:
- Addressing the growing gap between rapid technological advancement in medicine (AI, genomics, automation, etc.) and the ethical and humanistic reflection that is required to responsibly integrate these tools into practice.
- Particular emphasis on examining University of Utah research projects and exploring their ethical foundations, broad societal implications, and specific life impact.
- Publishing curated essays, commentaries, and interviews that bypass academic jargon and make complex ideas accessible to a broader audience.
